Utility Zone

A centralized utility system includes centralized air conditioning, hot and cold-water hubs, standby generators, data centers, and more, ensuring efficient provision of basic services. It will provide efficient and seamless access to essential services, enhancing the living experience for all inhabitants. This setup ensures maximum efficiency, security, and effectiveness for the national government.

Utility Tunnel

The Underground Utility includes water tubes, electrical lines, internet cables, and other utilities, creating a consolidated network beneath the city. AI-driven robots and automated systems manage the tunnel. This ensures efficient and continuous operation, reducing maintenance costs and addressing issues before they escalate.

Utility Room

The first underground level will house utility rooms connected to each apartment via an AI-driven system for efficient utility management. From the utility room, all the cables and tubes connect to each apartment.

Building Utilities Infrastructure

Centralized air conditioning is distributed from a central utility zone through highly insulated, efficient cables in centralized utility tunnels to the utility room, and then to the respective apartments. This system ensures affordable, safe, and highly effective climate control throughout the city.

Garbage collection and recycling

The garbage collection and recycling system is a centralized underground system. From the waste dropping point of each building go through an air sucking tube directly to a recycling and incineration facilities. There will be four waste dropping points for wastes collected in the street in each block within the bus stops. The incineration will generate energy for cold water for air conditioning and hot water for the city residents and businesses to use. There will be no dirty plastic bags or containers in corridors or streets, no tens of thousands of workers and track waste collectors. It will be the worlds affordable, efficient, convenient and green waste management system.

District air conditioning system

Our air conditioning systems will be centralised at sub-city level. We will use chilled water to cool our buildings using the Absorption Chiller system which makes chilled water through the four cycles of “evaporation” “absorption” “generation” “and “condensation”. absorption chiller. This is eco-friendly air conditioning system that uses water as refrigerant, without using Freon Gas which might be a cause of global warming or Ozone depletion . We will use waste heat from a trash incineration plant to power our absorption chiller system. This will make our air condition system eco-friendly, affordable, convenient and efficient.

District Hot water system

Our hot water will be centralised at city level. It will be heated by energy generated by incineration of trash. It will be distributed from a central utility zone via highly insulated, efficient pipes in dedicated utility tunnels that run through utility tunnels to every building. This will make our air condition system eco-friendly, affordable, convenient and efficient.

Fire safety system

Every building of factory, apartment, business etc Sprinkler and Standpipe systems will be designed and built in all our buildings that can be used as residential, commercial, industrial etc. These will make our buildings very safe, affordable and convenient.

District Cloud system

The District Cloud system is distributed from a central data center through high-speed, secure fiber optic cables running within dedicated utility tunnels to the utility room, and then to each apartment or building. This system ensures reliable, fast, and secure cloud computing services, providing seamless connectivity and data access across the city.

5G Network

Our 5G network is distributed throughout the city, with one 5G base station in each building and 16 stations per block. Additionally, 16 5G stations are installed underground to serve the underground transportation system. These 5G stations are connected to the internet via high-speed connections that run through dedicated utility tunnels to the utility room and are integrated with each building’s utility infrastructure. This system ensures widespread, reliable, and high-speed 5G connectivity, supporting seamless communication and data transfer across the city, both above and below ground. The system is easy to maintain, cheap and affordable.

District Solar and battery system

The District Solar and Battery system collects energy from solar panels on rooftops and in solar greenhouses. This energy is transmitted through dedicated utility tunnels from the apartments to the central utility zone, where it is stored and managed. The system ensures a reliable, sustainable, and cost-effective power supply throughout the city, with stored energy available for use when needed.
