Fish Farming Parks

The three Fish Farming Special Industrial Zones are each 7 km by 7 km zone, located within each of the three metropolitan areas. Fish farming include its own port, residential apartments, workers dormitories, and offices and parks. These zones have advanced facilities such as fish hatcheries, aquaculture farms, processing plants, packaging facilities, and research centers. The focus on cutting-edge technology and AI, access to worker closely, residential are at a noise-free, and pollution-free environments for both living and working all will maximize affordability, efficiency, safety, and environmental sustainability.

Food Processing Parks 

We have three food processing parks located in three of the metropolitan areas. Each park features its own dedicated port, residential apartments, workers dormitories, offices, and green spaces. The parks specialize in food-related industries such as oil refining, flour and corn milling, and beverage production, utilizing advanced technologies and AI. These parks are designed to ensure high-quality, efficient, and safe food processing at the lowest possible cost, catering to both domestic consumption and export demands.

Petrochemical Industrial Parks

We will have three Petrochemical Special Industrial Parks in three coastal metropolitan areas. Each 49-square-kilometer industrial park will have its own port, residential apartments, workers dormitories, offices, and parks. We will have oil refineries, petrochemical plants, power stations, etc., all using advanced technologies and AI to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality while ensuring environmental sustainability. These parks will offer a clean, noise- and pollution-free living environment for workers and residents.

Heavy Industries Park

Each 49 square kilometer Heavy Industry Special Industrial Zone in the three coastal metropolitan areas is designed to boost efficiency, safety, and environmental sustainability while providing a pleasant, noise and air-pollution-free living environment. The parks include its own port, residential apartments, workers dormitories, offices, and parks. These zones will host heavy industries such as steel and cement production, coal power, aluminum smelting, copper smelting, etc, all utilizing advanced technologies and AI for improved efficiency and reduced emissions. Automated port cranes and barcode systems will enhance the operational efficiency and reliability of the industrial park.
