The 50-meter-wide boulevard is designed exclusively for pedestrians and cyclists. It is free from traffic, air pollution, and noise pollution, ensuring 100% air circulation between blocks and providing fresh outdoor air. Its tree-lined paths, flower lanes, and beautiful tile pavements, alongside ground-floor shops, create a park-like environment with shade.
