While African states problem is lack of social trust that comes from tribalism and clan system, Eritreas problem is that the cruel dictator is using Tigrinya nationalism, homogeneity, high social trust and history to control everything. Eritrea’s economy currently depends on mining and remittance sent back by the uneducated young people it exports every day.
