The Industrial blocks located 750 meters away across the park from Residential Blocks consist of 190 Industrial Blocks. The ground floor will be a showroom, shop, cafe/restaurant, or factory. The seventh floor will be the factory floors, while the eighth will be the office and research floors. The first underground floor is for utilities and for stores. The second and third underground floors will be dedicated for warehouses.

Warehouse

The Warehouses on the second and third floor of the light industrial zone will be 22,500 square meters and has a ceiling of 4.5 meters long, is accessed by cargo trucks and cargo railways for loading/unloading trucks and cargo trains. This availability of the warehouse will provide efficient, cheap price and convince for these industries to compete.

The second basement in the industrial block is dedicated to warehouses that are seamlessly connected to automated cargo trucks. These warehouses utilize AI-controlled underground road networks to link with locations across the country and major ports and airports for international shipping. The third basement in the industrial block is designed for warehouses linked to automated cargo trains. AI-controlled underground rail networks connect these warehouses to national hubs and international transit points, including ports and airports.
