Capital City

Positioned between two highland cities and elevated approximately 2,500 meters above sea level, it will be connected to coastal cities about 60 kilometres away via a gently rising bridge. As the national governments seat, it will host all major government buildings in close proximity like the Presidential Palace, Parliament, High Court, and National Bank, among others, to ensure streamlined communication and efficient decision-making. The capital will feature industrial dormitory zones for workers in the tourism and service industries, ensuring a reliable workforce. A centralized utility system will provide seamless access to essential services, enhancing the living experience for all residents. This capital city will be the first of its kind, achieving unparalleled beauty, efficiency, security, and effectiveness for national governance.

Industrial City

Each of the 85 sub-cities features: • A total area of 49 square kilometres along a coastal area or a cliff in the highlands. • Residential and business blocks, light industrial parks, a temporary industrial workers dormitory zone, a utility zone, and five parks. • Housing for 350,000 residents and up to 1.5 million temporary migrant workers. • A population density of 50,000 people per square kilometre, among the highest in the world. • The greenest city globally, with 69% green space, including parks, private gardens, and green streets. • High streets, museums, temples, universities, and major sports, music, and theatre venues, fostering vibrant community life. • 100% bicycle and pedestrian, ensuring zero air pollution and noise, making it one of the cleanest and quietest places in the world. • Centralized air conditioning, water heating, backup generators, power substations, solar battery storage, solar farms, and waste recycling systems, ensuring efficient and secure utility services. • It is the most efficient, safest, cleanest, greenest, and densest city in the world, providing high living standards and a healthy lifestyle for its citizens.

National Zone

Each national zone has a size of 3 km along the coast and 7 km inland. Each metropolitan city will feature three national zones, serving as residences for the national government outside the capital city, Asmara. This setup ensures a widespread governmental presence, promoting equitable development and governance across the country. Each national zone will also include a state-of-the-art cruise ship terminal, enhancing global connectivity and fostering tourism and economic growth. These terminals will attract international tourists, create jobs, and stimulate growth in hospitality etc sectors.

Regional Zone

Each regional zone spans 2 km along the coast or cliff and extends 7 km inland. Each of the 17 cities will feature one regional zone, serving as the residence for the regional government that coordinates between the sub-cities, ensuring efficient governance across the area. Each regional zone will also include a state-of-the-art Marina Bay cruise ship terminal. The coastal cities will feature 14 Marina Bays, characterized by classical architecture, serving as key cultural and recreational hubs that foster tourism and drive economic growth.
