Block

The 100% solar roofs of the buildings will generate up to 30% of the energy needed for consumption, while enhancing the citys beauty when viewed from above.

The automatic cycle garage private for each building, and in the business buildings for the public will provide secure, accessible, and affordable bike storage at any time, while being discreetly integrated into the building’s structure to maintain the city’s clean and organized appearance.

Swimming Pool and Gymnasium

Each residential block has two gyms and swimming pools on the 10th floor in opposite buildings, one for men and one for women, exclusively for residents. The swimming pools include a sauna, spa, and massage center. It is the first in the world that all the citizens will have affordable access to Swimming pool and gym near their home, to have a high standard, health, happy and safe life. Diabetes, cancer and mental illness that comes with low living standards will be addressed.
